I want this dress in a bad way....

So normally I hate to put pics of celebs on my blog (except for the occasional outrageous and freakish pics of Lil Mamas poor wardrobe choices here and there)....But I loved this dress so much that I have to let the world know:





I just may have to jump Tila's lady friend if I ever want this navy blue sequin dress to be mine and I'll do it :O

I actually have a gold sequin dress that I'm wondering if I can alter it to make it look like this one????? How do you sew material with sequins on it? Where there's a will there's a way...
